This Refund Policy explains how payments, refunds, and related matters are handled.
By enrolling in any KalaVriksh course, workshop, or program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All fees paid for any course, workshop, or program are non-refundable, except in the limited situations specifically mentioned in this policy.
Once payment is made and enrollment is confirmed, refunds will not be issued for reasons including:
Change of mind
Personal schedule or availability issues
Non-participation after enrollment
Personal expectations or dissatisfaction
In rare and genuine cases, KalaVriksh may consider a refund at its sole discretion. These may include:
Duplicate payment
Payment processing errors
Cancellation of a course or program by KalaVriksh
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 7–10 business days
It will be issued to the original payment method
Note: Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and any transaction-related costs are non-refundable and may be deducted.
Fees must be paid in full unless a specific installment option is offered.
Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
KalaVriksh reserves the right to change course fees at any time before enrollment.
Students may request to reschedule or transfer their enrollment to a future batch, subject to availability.
Requests must be made before the course start date.
Once the course has started, rescheduling or transfers may not be permitted.
KalaVriksh does not provide refunds, credits, or compensation for:
Missed classes
Late joining
Partial attendance
KalaVriksh reserves the right to:
Modify course content
Change instructors
Adjust schedules due to operational needs
Such changes will not be considered grounds for a refund.
KalaVriksh shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, technical failures, or government restrictions.
In such cases, alternative arrangements may be offered where feasible.
For enrollments made for children:
The parent or legal guardian is responsible for registration and payment
Course details should be reviewed carefully before enrolling
The same refund terms outlined in this policy apply to children’s enrollments.
KalaVriksh may offer trial or demo sessions for selected courses.
Students and parents/guardians are encouraged to attend such sessions before enrolling. Once full payment is made, the No Refund Policy applies.
If you experience any issue with your payment, we request that you contact us directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback.
We will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve concerns promptly.
KalaVriksh reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
